• For Junior Officer Trainee : Two years full time Post Graduate Degree / Post Graduate Diploma/ MBA in Human Resource/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relation/ MSW.

Age Limit : Maximum 27 Years. As on 13.03.2018.
