Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) has published recruitment notification for the post of HR Executive and Public Relations officer. Eligible candidates can apply online from 16th March 2020 to 16th April 2020 and the candidates will be shortlisted by UGC - NET Exam. More information please read below mention details carefully.

Educational Qualification
HR Executive : Candidates should have completed MBA in Personnel Management/ HRD/ HRM with 60% marks or PG Degree in Personnel Management/ Labour Welfare with 60% marks.
Public Relations Officer : Candidates should have completed PG Degree with 2 years Diploma in Public Relations/ Journalism/ Mass Communication with 60% marks.
Age Limit
Candidate's age should not exceed 40 years for PWD, 35 years for Ex-servicemen/ Sc/ ST, 33 years for OBC and 30 years for UR/ EWS.
Eligibility
HR Executive : Candidates should have 2 years PG Diploma in PM/ IR/ Labour Welfare with 60% marks or PGDM with 60% marks.

Eligible candidates should fill up the details correctly and carefully while filling application.
Selection Process
Candidates will be shortlisted by UGC - NET Exam.

On few of the parameters like the cut-off date for maximum age, relaxation in age extended to PWD category candidates etc., the criteria of UGC-NET and ONGC are not the same. The eligibility of candidates taking the UGC- NET examination for recruitment in ONGC will be governed by the eligibility criteria of ONGC.
